Reports you create with InstantAtlas Report Builder always have URLs of the form:<\/p>\n

URLs with the format https:\/\/reports.instantatlas.com\/view?appid=\u00abreport-id\u00bb<\/span> are an alias<\/em> which simplifies integration with ArcGIS Online.<\/p>\n

This URL is for the index page<\/em>, which by default shows a map and (optionally) a list of all the features in your webmap with links to your report for each feature. Each feature report has its own URL of form:<\/p>\n

https:\/\/reports.instantatlas.com\/report\/view\/\u00abreport-id\u00bb<\/span>\/\u00abfeature-id\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n

For example:<\/p>\n

If, however, your feature layer contains a large number of features (too many to show all of them in a webmap at once) and\/or you have applied scale thresholding to your webmap then the index page may not be suitable. In this case you can link directly from the webmap using the\u00a0https:\/\/reports.instantatlas.com\/report\/view\/\u00abreport-id\u00bb\/\u00abfeature-id\u00bb and custom pop-ups<\/a>. To do this, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. \"webmap-configure-pop-up-1\"<\/a>Open your webmap in the ArcGIS Online map viewer<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the More Options <\/em>…<\/strong> link for the feature layer you are using for your report and in the menu click Configure Pop-up<\/em> – this will show the Configure Pop-up<\/em> panel<\/li>\n
  3. In the Display<\/em> drop-down choose A custom \u00a0attribute display<\/em><\/li>\n
  4. Click the Configure<\/em> button<\/li>\n
  5. \"webmap-configure-pop-up-2\"<\/a>In the Custom Attribute Display<\/em> dialog type the text you want to show in the pop-up<\/li>\n
  6. Select the text you want to use to link to your report, then click the Link<\/em> button<\/li>\n
  7. In the Link Properties<\/em>, enter the index<\/em> URL <\/a>of your report and then use the [+] button to add the field value<\/a> that uniquely identifies your features, for example:

  8. Click OK<\/em> to close this dialog, then click Save Pop-up<\/em><\/li>\n
