{"id":11071,"date":"2017-09-04T15:50:30","date_gmt":"2017-09-04T14:50:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.instantatlas.com\/report-builder-agol\/?p=11071"},"modified":"2017-10-04T15:50:37","modified_gmt":"2017-10-04T14:50:37","slug":"4-september-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.reports.esriuk.com\/report-builder\/2017\/09\/04\/4-september-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"4 September 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>House pricing statistics from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) are now available!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This data set includes the following measures:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Number of residential property sales<\/li>\n<li>Median price paid<\/li>\n<li>Mean price paid<\/li>\n<li>Lower quartile price paid<\/li>\n<li>Thenth percentile price paid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each of these is broken down into:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All house types<\/li>\n<li>Detached houses<\/li>\n<li>Semi-detached houses<\/li>\n<li>Terraced houses<\/li>\n<li>Flats\/maisonettes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The data is available for Wards, Local Authorities (both district and county level), Regions and England.<\/p>\n<p>We provide the indicators on a quarterly basis from Q1-2014 onwards. The latest available date is Q4-2016.
