Overview
In Report Builder version 2.8.4, we have focussed on general functionality enhancements and bug fixes.
Key enhancements
Report Builder will now allow you to make any widget a Header and/or Footer in a report, allowing you to keep consistency across multi-page reports. Furthermore, you are now able to insert or remove a page break within your report.
Key bug fixes
- Issue with percentages used in the tooltips of stacked bar charts has been resolved
- Report tags are now working correctly
- Web map widget legend now inherits the font-family used in the report level settings
- Population pyramid:
- Issue with widget legend when using with multiple features has been resolved
- Issue with setting data to aggregated swapping chart colours has been resolved
- Bar chart with negative values incorrectly positioning labels has been fixed
- Issue with dialog box closing when selecting different icons in the Infographic widget has been resolved
- Overlapping search results in the Data & Settings tab has been resolved
- The dialogue box for a text widget at the bottom of a page now opens above the widget
- Text rules editor now shows the inputted text correctly and only requires a single click to start editing
- In a text widget, inserting indicators now shows dates when using a CSV file
- Both the Icon Chart and Repeating Icons widget now have the data aggregation setting available
- The delete report button on the Report Builder home page now works correctly
